Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of job duties, required skills and competencies for each position at Kaufman Lynn
Source resumes using our application tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, etc
Conduct preliminary phone interviews on a daily basis
Manage complex candidate scheduling for remote and in-person interviews, including travel if necessary
Develop creative sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in a highly competitive market and industry
Effectively prioritize tasks and candidates in a fast-paced hiring environment
Attend regular HR and staffing meetings to stay abreast of current and future talent requirements
Communicate with HR Director on a daily basis with updates on searches
Provide project coordination for new and ongoing recruiting initiatives to support corporate and executive recruiting
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant recruitment experience within the construction industry required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or commensurate experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to present a positive and professional image of the company in the community
