Responsibilities
Manage large IT programs
Act as the primary escalation point for customer stakeholders (IT and Business)
Conduct regular governance meetings, weekly status updates, and quarterly retrospectives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud Support and Implementation projects
Preferred
Oracle Cloud Finance expertise
Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementation project
Support / Implementation and testing experience and detailed understanding of Oracle Applications: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Record to Report, Reporting
Vast experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, preferably in a Global Finance environment
Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Oracle Cloud
Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes
Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement
Suggest standard methodologies to improve business processes
Prepare Training Material, SOPs, etc. for Oracle Cloud processes at L3 to L5 levels
Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Oracle Cloud functionality & configuration
Impart training to users on Oracle Cloud
