Facilities Specialist
LiveRamp is the data collaboration platform of choice for the world’s most innovative companies. They are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Facilities Specialist to support day-to-day office operations and ensure workspaces are safe and well-maintained. This role involves coordinating vendor visits, managing office supplies, and providing general support to the Workplace Experience team.

Responsibilities
Support basic office operations including supply management, equipment set-up, and maintenance requests
Help coordinate vendor visits, service appointments, and deliveries
Perform routine inspections to ensure workspace cleanliness and functionality
Respond to facilities-related tickets and escalate issues as needed
Assist with seating assignments and move coordination
Track inventory of facilities supplies and restock as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of building access, security badges, and related logs
Provide general support to the Workplace Experience team for onsite events or visitors
Support the EA team in coordinating and setting up events and support needs
You will support a wide array of employees
Qualification
Required
1 –3 years of experience in facilities, office operations, workplace experience, or a related field
Experience in office setting up lunches, meals, buffets, drinks and stocking snacks repeatedly as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Lifting and carrying up to/more than 40 lbs. And a certain amount and putting together
Ability to back up WE partner and be cross trained
Collaborate with other WE team members and cross train on functionality
Track inventory and plan for projected spikes and down time for usage in office and report out to Head of WE
basic furniture, moving and office equipment etc…
Preferred
Previous experience in a facilities or administrative support role
Interest in workplace operations, safety, or hospitality, attention to details and proactive approach to work
