Responsibilities
Report and key inventories accurately for business accountability
Assist other technicians with support via phone or on-site
Communicate with sales team and dispatch
Relocate and move soda fountains
Load machines and deliver for unloading at designated location
Diagnose, repair and install fountain machines
Ensure proper functionality (clean, test and repair equipment before and after installation) of machines for the consumer to use
Maintain accurate parts inventory: Use handheld computer device to manage, document, stock, and change parts for quality assurance and excellent customer care
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (or GED) required
Driver License, Valid and in State required
Technical aptitude to fix machines
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Organization and professionalism
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per business need
