Responsibilities
Build, enhance and optimize the entire application stack, including user interface development, server-side logic, and API integration
Design and implement UI/UX to ensure intuitive and visually appealing user experiences
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs
Implement and manage database solutions using SQL or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase
Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes
Monitor and maintain application performance, ensuring high availability and scalability
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Document development processes, architectures, and technical specifications
Integrate LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and fine-tuned models into production applications
Build, evaluate, and optimize prompt engineering pipelines and multi-agent workflows
Implement agentic AI features, including autonomous decision-making, task planning, tool use, and multi-step orchestration
Develop and maintain MCP servers and tools to connect AI agents with internal APIs, data systems, and external services
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
Solid experience with back-end programming languages (Node.js, Golang, Python, Java) and frameworks
Familiarity with database design and management (SQL and NoSQL)
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in an agile development environment
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira
Experience with serverless architecture and microservices
Hands-on experience with ML/AI libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.)
Experience building and deploying LLM-based applications, chatbots, or autonomous agents
Familiarity with supervised learning, fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and evaluation metrics for LLMs
Experience with vector databases
Understanding of model optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, batching, and hardware acceleration
Experience working with AI API platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, etc.)
Comfort working with data preprocessing, model training, and inference pipelines
Preferred
Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools
Understanding of security best practices in web development
Familiarity with GraphQL and WebSockets
Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Hugging Face, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or similar)
Knowledge of responsible AI, model safety, and data governance
Familiarity with multi-agent architectures and autonomous orchestration frameworks
