Responsibilities
Deliver weekly presentations to senior leadership
Ensure the project intake process operates seamlessly, maintaining cadence and eliminating delays or bottlenecks
Oversee project execution to achieve on-time delivery, meeting specifications and staying within budget
Lead and motivate the team to consistently fulfill responsibilities and deliver high-quality outcomes
Track progress against key milestones and implement value-based metrics and analysis to measure outcomes
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Health Care Business, Aetna Clinical Solutions, and technology teams to achieve common goals
Foster a culture that accelerates strategy through Heart At Work Behaviors, keeping customers and colleagues at the center of every decision
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in roles involving operational leadership and project management
7+ years of demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to drive results and lead high-performing teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at effectively conveying key messages to executive leaders and internal/external stakeholders
Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering results within deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups toward common objectives
Experience with motivating teams to achieve high standards of performance and outcomes
Experience in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations, ensuring clarity, impact, and alignment with strategic goals
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced skills in presentation development and data analysis
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, credible relationships at senior levels across the organization, with the capacity to engage effectively at multiple levels simultaneously
Experience leading and managing project and work intake processes from various stakeholder groups, ensuring successful delivery by functionally organized teams
Demonstrated expertise in business process improvement and project management, with a track record of driving operational excellence
Successful experience implementing organizational change within complex environments
Background in managing enterprise-wide and cross-functional initiatives with a high degree of complexity
Prior experience in the healthcare payer industry is strongly preferred
