Manage 5–10 facilities and construction projects simultaneously
Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and funding requests
Oversee financial tracking, cost variance reporting, and project documentation
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Prepare and support presentations and executive-level updates
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of facilities or construction project management experience
Proven experience managing projects ranging from $100K to multi-million-dollar budgets
