Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex system integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
Configure and deploy airframe, RAID, and SSD systems, optimizing performance and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components effectively
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing timely solutions and maintaining system stability
Develop and implement integration strategies, considering scalability and future expansion
Document and maintain integration processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and best practices
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to the company's technological advancement
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in system integration, with a focus on airframe, RAID, and SSD technologies
Expertise in configuring and deploying advanced hardware and software solutions
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate complex projects
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of resolving critical issues
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages for automation and integration
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in system integration
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement
Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies and a passion for innovation
