Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations and close premium renovation projects
Build relationships, present solutions, and drive results
Manage leads, proposals, and follow-ups via our CRM and digital tools
Qualification
Required
2+ years in-home or outside sales experience
Proven track record of closing large deals consistently
Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient under pressure
Tech-proficient: Daily hands-on use of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), iPads/tablets, mobile apps for real-time proposals, electronic contracts, photo documentation, and performance tracking—must be independent and adaptable to new tools
Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
Able to pass background check and drug screen
Preferred
home improvement, construction, or high-ticket preferred
