Client Sales Intern – Dallas

The Client Sales Intern will work on real-world projects, learning about the logistics industry and sales processes while building relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Build, maintain and manage account relationships
Profile and analyze accounts to overcome any objections and generate quality opportunities
Present the value of Echo’s services to prospective and existing clients
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure world class customer service on every shipment
Work in conjunction with teammates to prioritize and service customers in a timely fashion
Monitor progress of shipments to ensure coverage, on-time performance and the resolution of any mid-transit issues
Qualification
Required
Must be able to start June 1, 2026 and complete the entire 10 week program
Currently enrolled at a university as a rising senior, with at least one semester remaining after completion of internship
Able to work in our Dallas office 3 days and hybrid 2 days a week
No major or GPA requirements
