Responsibilities

Investigate and document complaint events or provide support to the investigative area to assure they are completed thoroughly and documented accurately
Support the product complaint system by managing product complaint investigations
Perform data analysis and trending of complaint information to proactively detect issues and take appropriate actions in a timely manner
Perform investigation of complaint trends or potential trends and report on those trends in regularly scheduled meetings

Required

Typically, a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a technical school
3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced knowledge of FDA/ISO requirements including Knowledge of 21 CFR 803, 21 CFR 806, 21 CFR 820, ISO 14971
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Able to interface effectively with various levels
Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
