Learning and Development Manager
MFA Incorporated is dedicated to supporting farmers and ranchers through whole-farm solutions and continuous learning. The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities, ensuring alignment with operational needs and organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Advise and recommend training courses and topics for continued employee development
Review and propose off-the-shelf course content to be integrated into the LMS
Review LMS analytics for performance opportunities
Lead Instructor Led Training Sessions
Partner with leaders across agronomy, grain, feed, retail, transportation, and corporate functions to assess training needs
Translate operational and regulatory requirements into practical, role-based training solutions
Oversee training delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches
Partner with leadership to develop career pathways, skill progression models, and development plans for key roles across the cooperative
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, Education, or related field
2 years of training/ education experience (or related work)
Preferred
Familiarity with Agriculture
You have or are willing to develop basic computer skills
