Responsibilities
Serve as an integral associate on M&A deals, managing all phases of a strategic transaction
Lead the drafting of definitive transaction agreements, disclosure letters, and ancillary documents
Oversee the due diligence process and coordinate effectively with internal subject matter experts
Assist in managing the day-to-day client relationship throughout the deal lifecycle
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of relevant experience in public and private company M&A
Proven experience drafting definitive agreements and managing complex transaction workstreams
Superior academic credentials and/or high-level law firm experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client and expert coordination
