Responsibilities
Serve as the primary focal point and external spokesperson for Supply Chain regarding proposal-related matters
Oversee and coordinate the development of supply chain plans to meet the requirements of individual proposals
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure strong financial performance and timely delivery
Identify opportunities within the BGS Supply Chain and develop innovative solutions to complex problems that align with program and customer objectives
Cultivate and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, contracts, engineering, estimating, supplier management, and other support functions
Utilize primary systems and tools, including SCARS, SMPP, EPIC, Cognos, ESGP tool, and Microsoft Excel, to support supply chain activities
Qualification
Required
4+ years of related experience
4+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
1+ years of experience in leading project or program proposals
1+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
1+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other related field
1+ years' experience with PBOM reviews
1+ years' experience supporting New Business
