Responsibilities
Completing fundamental account setup and maintenance, including user additions/removals, contact updates, and account closure processing
Responding to routine questions from Sales Representatives and internal teams, escalating complex issues to the appropriate resources
Participating in weekly account review meetings with Sales Representatives and your manager to discuss account status and open requests
Monitoring and following up on pending updates such as pricing changes, product questions, or customer‑requested adjustments
Collaborating with team members to execute assigned tasks and contribute to small‑scale improvement projects
Attending team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge‑building workshops to enhance understanding of products, systems, and processes
Following documented procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency, and proactively seeking clarification when needed
Performing all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to support multiple Sales Representatives simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring data accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, Salesforce, and internal databases
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Preferred
Previous experience in administrative support or customer service preferred
