Strategic Account Executives (Eastern or Western U.S.)

HerAnova Lifesciences is a Boston-based biotech company focused on developing integrated care solutions for women’s health. They are seeking two Strategic Account Executives to develop and maintain relationships with IVF centers and reproductive specialists in the Eastern and Western United States.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with IVF centers and fertility specialists
Promote and sell HerResolve™ aligned with reproductive medicine and IVF process
Manage sales territory to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct product presentations and training to clinic staff
Identify and engage key decision-makers within fertility centers
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product management) to support client needs
Maintain CRM records and submit timely sales reports
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and professional networking events as needed

Qualification

B2B sales experienceIVF marketCommunication skillsNegotiation skillsPresentation skills

Required

3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or fertility sectors
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
Willingness to travel 50% within territory

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred
Knowledge of IVF market, reproductive health, or women's health is a strong advantage
