Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the WFA module in PeopleSoft HCM
Analyze system functionality, configuration options, and delivered functionality to minimize customizations
Perform root cause analysis of reported defects and implement resolutions
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development and system configurations
Develop and execute detailed test plans, scripts, and scenarios for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to align priorities and ensure successful implementations
Qualification
Required
Advanced expertise in PeopleSoft HCM
Deep understanding of Benefits, Payroll or/and Workforce Administration processes
Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of enhancements
Alignment with compliance requirements and operational best practices
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the WFA module in PeopleSoft HCM
Analyze system functionality, configuration options, and delivered functionality to minimize customizations
Perform root cause analysis of reported defects and implement resolutions
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development and system configurations
Develop and execute detailed test plans, scripts, and scenarios for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to align priorities and ensure successful implementations
Recent experience with PeopleSoft and its integrations
8+ years of Peoplesoft experience
Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM (v9.2)
Experience with Benefits, Payroll and/or WFA-related integrations in PeopleSoft
Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, configuration, and testing activities
Preferred
Experience within Educational domain is strongly preferred
