Responsibilities
Optimize test environment programs for DC testers
Ensure accurate and repeatable test results
Help troubleshoot equipment problems
Help sustain floor operations
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of test structures and test methodologies
Ability to interpret and modify code on various platforms including Basic, PERL, and UNIX
Good communication skills
Integrity, good teamwork skills, flexibility, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency on the job are required
Preferred
BS/MS Electrical Engineering preferred
Experience in parametric testing (preferred 3+ years)
Experience in a wafer probe manufacturing environment is recommended (Keysight ATE and TEL prober knowledge is a plus)
