Qualification

Required

High School Diploma, AA preferred
Minimum 1 year of handling multiple phone lines or call center experience
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, including active listening and professional phone etiquette
Excellent organizational and data entry skills, with attention to detail
Experience in customer service, call center environments, or client relations
Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle high call volumes effectively
Familiarity with legal terminology, processes, or prior experience working in a legal or nonprofit environment is a plus
Proficiency with office software and database systems; experience with CRM systems is beneficial
Commitment to helping individuals access legal resources and assistance
must be willing to undergo background checks and provide two professional references
