Responsibilities
Lead the design and deployment of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
Develop and customize functionalities across various SCM modules, such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing
Ensure seamless integration of SCM solutions with other enterprise systems, including Oracle Cloud Financials and third-party applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
Recommend best practices and process enhancements to optimize supply chain operations
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and requirements gathering to design, testing, and deployment
Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and consultants
Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud SCM features, industry trends, and best practices
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimizations
Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud SCM modules, with a strong understanding of Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing
Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex SCM implementations and global design sessions
Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud technologies and a deep understanding of supply chain processes
Preferred
Oracle Cloud certifications related to SCM modules
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or healthcare
Familiarity with related Oracle Cloud modules, such as Financials or Human Capital Management
