Responsibilities

Reports are generated timely and accurately
Information is input into computer system accurately - Office supplies are ordered and inventory maintained as needed
Appointments are scheduled and calendars maintained with sensitivity to scheduling conflicts
Meetings or events are scheduled and coordinated. Equipment and materials are available as needed
Travel arrangements are made appropriately to time and scheduling needs of participants
Meetings are attended and meeting notes are prepared and distributed to attendees
Presentation materials are prepared accurately and timely
Correspondence and other written communications are drafted for final approval
Additional department, organization, or network activities are completed per established objectives

Required

High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent - required
Basic computer and data entry skills required, with ability to learn new programs

Excellent written, verbal and electronic communications
