Administrative Support Specialist
Service Wire Company is a premier supplier of industrial and utility wire and cable, currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist. The role involves facilitating sales by processing orders, managing customer data, and assisting with customer queries and complaints.

Responsibilities
Receives, processes, and monitors orders, expediting the order when necessary
Document customer information, communications and other pertinent information in Customer Relationship systems (CRM)
Assist sales department with customer service and related issues
Coordinate sales visitors’ appointments and arrivals
Research production status as requested
Research and document customer care issues, work with customer care team and inside sales associate until resolution
Support sales staff by working with marketing team in preparing correspondence, furnishing customer requests for samples and marketing materials
Research sales order errors and irregularities
Prepare and distribute sales reports and related documents
Assist sales in quote entry and preparation
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (General Equivalency Diploma), 2-year degree preferred
2+ years previous administrative or clerical experience
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Strong Oral Expression and Comprehension - Communicating with people inside and outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail
