Independently handle litigation and pre-lawsuit dispute matters from initial client contact through resolution
Identify claims and help clients navigate their options with clear, strategic advice
Draft demand letters, motions, settlement agreements, and other critical documents
Effectively confer with franchisors and opposing counsel
Set and manage client expectations with professionalism and clarity
Develop cases for trial and arbitration hearings
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar
Minimum 4 years of legal experience
