Responsibilities
Manage and support end-to-end project execution within the manufacturing environment
Coordinate activities across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and customer teams
Maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones
Lead or support customer-facing discussions, updates, and issue resolution
Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource needs; escalate issues when necessary
Ensure proper documentation throughout the project life cycle (requirements, meeting notes, reports)
Facilitate meetings, communicate action items, and hold contributors accountable
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives
Contribute to project process improvements and best practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years of project management experience preferrably in the manufacturing industry
Experience managing customer-facing projects with direct interaction and communication responsibilities
Completion of at least two full project development life cycles from initiation to closure
Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and customers
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
Proficiency with project management tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
