Responsibilities
Provides care that meets the physical and psychosocial needs of residents according to the residents’ functional assessment, service plan, and as directed by the Supervisor
Administers medications and treatments to residents as ordered by the physician under the direction of the Residential Care Director
Provides assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the residents’ assessment and Plan of Care and as may be directed by the Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Either a PSS, CRMA, or CNA certification is also required
High School graduate or GED equivalent
Preferred
Experience in a residential care or nursing home environment or work/volunteer experience with the elderly preferred
