Temporary HR Coordinator
Addison Group is seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator to support their Human Resources team with a primary focus on recruitment and onboarding. This role involves coordinating full-cycle recruitment activities, supporting onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Responsibilities
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a smooth first-day experience
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within Paycom
Assist with employment verifications, background checks, and I-9 processing
Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring support
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes and systems
Support additional HR administrative tasks and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Preferred
Hands-on experience using Paycom
