Responsibilities
Responsible for integration of software components into the CIS Linux-based Common Computing Environment (CCE)
Responsible for improving the software build process along with setup and configuration of hardware/software test environments
System and Software Testing and Verification
Development of test plans to evaluate system performance
Defining test requirements, conducting requirements mapping, developing functional level test procedures, performing analysis, evaluating, and documenting tests results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Over three years of software integration experience on Linux-based distributed architecture systems
Existing clearance desired, ability to obtain a clearance is a requirement
Experience in Linux based high availability systems
Hands on ability to set-up, maintain and troubleshoot hardware/software test environments
Experience managing software builds and integration of software components
Configuration and cyber hardening of Linux based Operating Systems is a plus

U.S. Citizenship
Preferred
Experience integrating containerized software components in a distributed computing environment
Knowledge of containerized environments and Kubernetes container orchestration
Skilled in development of scripts to automate installation, test, and monitoring of software components
Ability to develop automated build processes including continuous quality and cyber analysis
Experience in DevSecOps and Agile methodologies
Configuration setup of servers and network switches
Advanced troubleshooting techniques for isolation of software and hardware problems
Experience working with Docker and/or Podman containers
Experience with RKE2 Kubernetes distribution
Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux Operating Systems versions 8-10
Experience with C/C++ or other high order language
Proficient in Python and/or Bash scripting
Red Hat System Administrator/Engineer certification
