Responsibilities
Observe technicians while they are working or operating lifts to ensure safety protocols are being followed
Assist with breaking down material and boxes efficiently and safely
Ensure all activities are conducted with strict adherence to safety standards
Support in maintaining a smooth workflow on the job site
Be a proactive presence on-site, ensuring that tasks are carried out safely and according to the plan
Help manage and organize equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Ability to observe and monitor technicians while they operate lifts and perform tasks
Experience with breaking down materials and handling boxes on construction sites
Ability to operate boom or scissor lifts safely and efficiently
Strong understanding of safety protocols, with a commitment to enforcing them on-site
Ability to follow clear instructions and communicate effectively with team members
Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
Ability to wear and maintain PPE (Class E rated hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, safety-toe boots)
Ammonia Training is required before working on-site (course duration: 2 hours)
Attendance is a high priority; excessive or unnecessary absences may result in replacement
