Responsibilities
Integrate with project, technology and business partners to manage the projects and be proactive in gathering status updates from partners, while minimizing impact
Execute on Enterprise Change Management requirements
Facilitate communication, influence and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to obtain agreement between partners
Ability to lead and influence team in adopting the Agile principles
Ability to ensure the correct use of Scrum process
Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and help team solve problems
Assisting the Product Owner with maintaining a healthy and actionable backlog, identifying and addressing and resolving roadblocks, tracking progress, and identifying and acting on opportunities for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
10+ years of industry experience
Need to have recent financial industry experience
7+ years working as a Scrum Master
Previous experience as a BA, PM, or developer
Jira proficiency
Experience managing MULTIPLE scrum teams at once
GREAT communication and soft skills
Preferred
Experience working with Data Warehouse / Data Mart / Business Intelligence teams preferred
