Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Coupa implementation project, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on schedule
Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, driving accountability and momentum
Support process improvements and documentation efforts, with a strong eye on SOX compliance
Roll up sleeves in NetSuite to review relevant financial documentation and support project needs
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments to facilitate buy-in and alignment
Facilitate effective change management by aligning business processes with system functionality
Track and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to leadership on a regular basis
Coordinate testing efforts and validate system configurations alongside functional teams

Required

Strong foundational background in accounting; understanding of SOX documentation and financial workflows required
Proven experience managing Coupa implementations, ideally in a life sciences environment
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proactive, self-starter mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to balance task ownership with stakeholder sensitivity
Prior experience working with procurement or spend management platforms
Familiarity with compliance standards in the life sciences industry (e.g., GxP, FDA regulations)

Preferred

PMP or other project management certification is a plus
