Qualification
Required
6+ years at a law firm in corporate transactions, with some real estate deal exposure
Strong experience running key pieces of M&A (diligence, definitive docs, disclosure schedules, closings)
Excellent drafting across core private-company documents (operating/shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, JV docs; SaaS a plus)
Comfortable with direct client contact and project management (owning workflows, supervising juniors if needed)
Preferred
