Employee Benefits Specialist
Confidential Jobs is seeking a Bi-Lingual Benefits Administrator to manage benefits administration within a growing, multi-site organization. This hands-on role requires ownership of end-to-end benefits administration and support for payroll in a dynamic environment, ensuring operational accuracy and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities
Fully own end-to-end benefits administration for at least 3+ years, including medical, dental, vision, disability, leave programs, and 401(k)
Hands-on experience working with both fully insured and self-insured benefit plans
Lead open enrollment planning, HRIS setup, execution, and post-enrollment follow-through
Manage carrier feeds, eligibility changes, enrollments, audits, and ongoing plan maintenance
Partner directly with benefits brokers and vendors on renewals, plan design discussions, issue resolution, and employee escalations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, providing clear, confident, and accurate guidance
Support the evolution of benefits offerings as the organization grows, balancing cost, competitiveness, and employee needs
Support end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-entity, multi-state organization
Assist with payroll accuracy, adjustments, audits, garnishments, and compliance activities
Coordinate payroll setup related to new locations or acquired entities
Partner with Finance to ensure payroll data integrity and reconciliation
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for payroll-related questions, escalating complex issues as needed
Maintain accurate HRIS data and reporting related to benefits and payroll
Support audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requests
Partner with HR leadership on process improvements tied to growth and acquisitions
Assist with ongoing recruiting efforts as needed
Assist with benefits and payroll integration for newly acquired entities
Support onboarding, system alignment, and employee transitions during integrations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Spanish/English bilingual required to support employee questions and day-to-day benefits communication
Minimum of 3+ years of direct, hands-on ownership of benefits administration (required)
Experience supporting payroll in a multi-state environment
Strong understanding of benefits administration, open enrollment, and broker interaction
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Excel
Preferred
Experience in multi-location, fast-paced, or acquisition-driven environments preferred
