Responsibilities
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
Report and escalate any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits as needed
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
Ensuring project deadlines are met
Determining project changes
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field
10+ years of experience in engineering to include project management and team leadership
Knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, SAP a plus
Experience in MS Project
High personal energy and self-accountability
Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required
