Responsibilities

Lead enterprise HR operations strategy and execution for service delivery and policy development
Partner with HR leadership to manage operational risk and compliance
Create an HR operations roadmap for clarity and efficiency across Y-USA
Build an integrated HR team structure for better collaboration
Ensure operational practices support a consistent People and Culture strategy

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Significant progressive HR leadership experience in large, matrixed organizations
Advanced expertise in compensation structure design and benefits strategy
Demonstrated leadership in positive employee relations and conflict resolution
Strong experience with HRIS systems and people analytics

Preferred
