Account Executive / Inside Sales Account Manager /

They are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Account Executive / Inside Sales Account Manager to source, target, and recruit highly qualified candidates while managing multiple job openings and maintaining effective communication with potential candidates.

Responsibilities
Source, target, recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including but not limited to market research, job boards, referrals, networking and cold calling
Make 60+ outbound calls a day
Speak confidently with potential candidates, hold their interest in speaking with you and gather information
Manage multiple job openings at once
Evaluate skill sets and match them to the appropriate positions
Manage the flow of resume submittals
Utilize and update our mature, industry-specific database
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Very strong follow up skills
Team player with ability to collaborate with others
Excellent planning and organization skills
Drive and motivation to succeed in a competitive business setting
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong aptitude for building and managing relationships
Professionalism is a must
Outgoing and confident
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
Multi-tasking skills a must
Ability to handle rejection and move on, must not get flustered easily
Strong computer skills (to include MS Word and database experience)
Preferred
Previous recruiting, staffing, telemarketing, sales, retail, telephone, and database experience is a plus
