Responsibilities
Leading the development of proposal materials throughout duration of pursuit, including printing, binding, packaging, mailing, etc. of final proposal product
Being responsible for timely production and quality of marketing communications
Maintaining employee, project, and pursuit information in Deltek Vantagepoint (CRM)
Conceptualizing and producing proposals, and other marketing materials
In time, writing non-technical text, and edit and proofreading all marketing communications
Providing peer review and oversight for accuracy and quality of content
Performing other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in developing proposal materials
Ability to produce high-quality marketing communications
Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint (CRM) for maintaining employee, project, and pursuit information
Skills in conceptualizing and producing proposals and other marketing materials
Ability to write non-technical text and edit/proofread marketing communications
Experience providing peer review and oversight for accuracy and quality of content
