They are seeking a Factory Deployment Lead to oversee the successful launch of new facilities, coordinating internal teams, contractors, and local partners to ensure operational readiness.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day coordination and execution of new facility deployments
Serve as the accountable owner of the project critical path, ensuring sequencing, milestones, and dependencies remain on track
Maintain project schedules and keep stakeholders informed of progress and risks
Monitor budgets, identify cost concerns early, and support change-order management
Manage logistics including site staging, deliveries, laydown areas, and contractor access
Act as the onsite point of contact throughout deployment phases
Build effective working relationships with contractors, utilities, inspectors, and local officials
Ensure field work meets safety, quality, and performance expectations
Model and reinforce TLM’s standards across all onsite activities
Partner with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Production to ensure site needs are understood and met
Align timelines and deliverables across teams to support smooth project execution
Coordinate technical requirements and field readiness activities leading up to equipment installation
Support internal handoffs throughout deployment, ensuring continuity from planning to startup
Prepare the facility for commissioning and turnover to Production
Organize documentation, closeout tasks, and readiness checks for final acceptance
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management, field operations, construction coordination, or similar roles
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Ability to travel extensively and work onsite for extended periods
