Architect-Level Resource Needed but Also Hands On
UI Builder Is a Must
UI Builder (Now Experience Framework): Extensive experience building pages, data sources, and client scripts within UI Builder (Now Experience Framework)
JavaScript Expertise: Expert knowledge of JavaScript
ServiceNow Development: Proficient in leveraging ServiceNow client, server, mobile, and Now Framework APIs to develop Script Includes, Scripted REST APIs, business rules, and client scripts
Security (ACLs): Expert knowledge of Access Control Lists (ACLs)
Integration Development: Ability to create integrations using Outbound REST & SOAP Messages, as well as JDBC
Performance Analytics: Experienced in configuring Performance Analytics on custom tables
Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards
Work extensively with ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using various integration methods (e.g., REST, SOAP, JDBC)
Qualification
Required
8+ years of extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a proven track record of successful implementations and customizations
Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules, including significant experience with configuration, workflow design, and process automation
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including case management, and customer service processes
Proficiency in the UI Builder Now Framework, with demonstrated experience in building custom pages, components, and experiences
Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideForm, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies relevant to ServiceNow development
Experience with various ServiceNow development tools and methodologies, including Agile/Scrum

Familiarity with or direct experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Resource Management
Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, SQL, or PowerShell for automation
