Start in 2026 SummerATCS is excited to announce their 2026 Summer Internship Program, seeking motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Interns. This role offers hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, billing, and general accounting processes while collaborating in a professional office environment.
Consulting
Responsibilities
Review, scan, file, and organize Accounts Payable invoices and supporting documentation
Assist with processing Accounts Payable invoices, including data entry and verification
Help ensure invoices are coded correctly and routed for approval
Learn and support the company’s billing processes and procedures
Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical records
Assist with Excel-based tracking, reconciliations, and reports
Support the accounting team with general administrative and accounting tasks as needed
Collaborate with team members within the finance department
Taking inventory of our storage area
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, spreadsheets, data entry)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment
