Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials
Coordinate with logistics and production planning teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
Resolve issues or disputes with suppliers promptly
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Agent or similar role
Strong knowledge of logistics, production planning, and supply chain management principles
Familiarity with materials management processes and best practices
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
Experience working with ERP systems
