Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive organizational assessments to identify efficiency gaps
Develop and execute organizational design frameworks across the business
Collaborate with HR and Finance on workforce planning for future talent needs
Design and manage high-impact executive development programs
Establish change management strategies for new organizational initiatives
Implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of structural changes
Serve as a consultant to HR business partners on organizational capability
Qualification
Required
12+ years in talent development or organizational development fields
7+ years of management experience
Senior individual contributor role
Willingness to travel 30-40% for training and facilitation
Preferred
Preferred experience working with vendors and SaaS tech companies
