Responsibilities
Assist the Account Executive (AE) with diligence reviews and calls, particularly for non-complex deals
Respond promptly to same-day requests for policy reviews or addressing red flag issues
Deliver plug-and-play solutions with minimal need for follow-up from the AE or diligence team
Oversee service delivery by delegating tasks effectively and ensuring accountability for efficient completion
Uphold a 24-hour response time standard, ensuring clear communication and avoiding unanswered inquiries
Proactively identify opportunities for renewal restructuring and address coverage gaps to optimize client outcomes
Collaborate with diligence, claims, and specialty teams to ensure seamless execution and a high-quality client experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience
Property and Casualty Insurance License
