In this role, you will manage active litigation matters, ensuring cases progress efficiently and accurately while providing comprehensive litigation support from case initiation through trial preparation.

Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and litigation correspondence using firm-approved templates and systems
Track and manage all case deadlines, court dates, and internal timelines with precision
Support the management of priority litigation matters by strictly following established trial and case checklists
Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel
Provide comprehensive litigation support from case initiation through trial preparation
Qualification
Required
Prior plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal terminology
Paralegal certification or a related degree is a plus
