Responsibilities
Add a junior to mid-level corporate associate with Capital Markets experience to their 75-attorney corporate practice group
Has 2-6 years of corporate experience in a law firm setting
Preferably with securities/capital markets background, including 33/34 Act compliance experience, IPOs, private placements, and other aspects of securities offerings
Prior experience with SPACs is a plus!

Qualification
Required
2-6 years of corporate experience in a law firm setting
Capital Markets experience
33/34 Act compliance experience
Experience with IPOs
Experience with private placements
