Responsibilities
Organize and implement SOPs for running a diverse aerospace R&D Shop
Plan and execute facilities improvements and capital equipment
Train and certify engineers on using the shop tools safely and efficiently
Fabricate custom tooling, parts, jigs, and equipment to support the core engineering effort
Pinch hitter for all things that need to be made and tested under one roof
