Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end program management for engineering initiatives involving chemical processing, metal finishing, and electroplating applications
Oversee customer-facing program execution, ensuring technical requirements, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met
Manage cross-functional engineering teams, providing direction, prioritization, and performance oversight
Drive development of new products and processes—from early-stage design, lab validation, and metallurgical characterization to scale‑up and commercial launch
Identify and mitigate technical risks related to materials, corrosion, surface treatments, and plating performance
Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and external partners to ensure robust process transfer and production readiness
Maintain documentation, program dashboards, and technical reports to support decision‑making and customer communication
Champion continuous improvement in process capability, product reliability, and program execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials/Metallurgical Engineering, or related field
7-10 years' experience with metal finishing processes, electroplating chemistry, corrosion science, and surface treatments
Proven success managing technical programs, cross‑functional teams, and customer engagements
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear program actions
