Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Programming CNC mill and lathe machines
Expertise in Machining, including setup and operation of CNC machines
Must have Extensive experience in CNC Lathe and Metal Fabrication
Experience in Teaching machining techniques and programming to team members
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
Technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field
Prior experience in a metal fabrication environment
