Responsibilities
Educate individuals and families on insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage based on their needs
Build, manage, and grow your own book of business
Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, networking, and provided systems
Maintain long-term client relationships through education and service
Complete applications, policy reviews, and required documentation accurately
Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations
Collaborate with a team that values accountability, growth, and shared success
Represent The Seifipour Agency with professionalism, integrity, and care
Qualification
Required
Active state life & health insurance license or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Coachable and open to training and feedback
Organized, reliable, and results-driven
Preferred
Prior sales or customer service experience
