Responsibilities

Lead overall project management for the Workday Financials and SCM implementation from initiation through go-live and stabilization
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and third-party integrators
Facilitate governance, steering committee updates, and executive-level status reporting
Manage scope, issues, risks, and change requests to ensure successful delivery
Oversee cutover planning, testing phases, and go-live readiness activities
Ensure adherence to Workday implementation best practices and healthcare regulatory considerations
Drive accountability across workstreams and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Support post go-live stabilization and optimization planning as needed

Required

5 + years of project management experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations
Hands-on experience leading Workday Financials implementations (SCM experience strongly preferred)
Experience working within healthcare or health system environments
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects with executive stakeholders
Strong understanding of Workday FIN modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Assets, Projects) and SCM processes
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work PST business hours and travel on-site in California for key milestones

Preferred

Prior Workday FIN + SCM end-to-end implementation leadership experience
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Experience managing systems integrators and vendor partners
