The role involves engineering and designing control systems for large industrial projects in the midstream gas processing, petroleum refining, and upstream oil & gas industries.

Responsibilities
Act as a control systems engineer for selected projects
10% - Interact with other engineering disciplines, engineering and construction project managers, and clients
5% - Provide input to the initial project schedule and support the regular maintenance of project schedules for designated projects
20% - Work process quality review and drawing approval in the capacity of a lead engineer
40% - Responsible for PLC/DCS Programming and HMI configuration
25% - Perform Software Factory Acceptance Tests and Hardware Acceptance Tests for the plant control system
Provide man hour and equipment estimates for project proposals
Able to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities
Self-motivated with ability to work with others
Qualification
Required
BS. in Electrical Engineering or B.S. in Engineering with equivalent I/E & control systems experience required
5+ years' experience required
Must have Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLCs and Wonderware HMI development experience
EIT licensure required or the ability to get licensed after joining the company
Must have trouble shooting skills
Must have commissioning and start-up experience
Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Record of success working in a team culture
Professional and ethical
Strong Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Well developed, detail oriented organizational skills
Preferred
10+ years' experience preferred
Delta V Programming experience is a plus
Industrial networking experience is a plus
